Ballroom Dance Lessons
Absolute Danz offers individual instruction in all levels of Ballroom dancing. American Style Smooth consists of Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. International Style Standard consists of Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.
Latin Dance Classes
It doesn’t matter if you dance at the club or at a competition, we personalize our latin dance instruction to fit your style. International Latin consists of Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. American Style Rhythm consists of Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, and Mambo. Absolute Danz also teaches a variety of club style dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Hustle, and Jitterbug.
Dance Fitness Classes
Zumba takes the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. LaBlast Fitness is an energizing dance fitness class blending the true skill of ballroom dance with the calorie blasting properties of interval fitness.
Youth Dance Classes
If your child is already involved in other dance class programs, adding ballroom to their tool belt is a great way to round out their abilities on the dance floor. Even if they haven’t had any prior experience on the hard wood, we start from the ground up with fundamental basics and proper technique.

Whether you are looking for wedding or anniversary dance lessons, we can help make it even more special! Our individual instruction is customized to your schedule and offers dances that are tailored to you. Bring your own music and make it a dance to remember.
